We are looking for a Head of Transformation and Insight to play a key senior leadership role within our Asset Strategy & Capital Delivery directorate. The Head of T&I will be responsible for delivering significant organisational change, alongside a leading data and insight service to the business.
Affinity Water has been assessed as having “developing” maturity in our asset management capability and competence. This means that our strategies, approaches, processes, tools and people are less mature than other organisations and that our decisions and plans are therefore less credible (with our stakeholders and regulators) than our peers. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the transformation and development of our asset management. This will cover all 6 areas of the IAM anatomy: strategy and planning, decision making, lifecycle delivery, asset information, organisation and people, and risk and review.
Affinity Water has invested heavily in leading data and information capabilities including data science, analytics, network modelling and GIS. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, exploitation and development of these capabilities and the delivery of related services to the asset strategy teams and wider business.
Whilst the role is predominantly office-based, it is expected that you will work flexibly at various sites, within the office and remotely.
