We are looking for a SHEQ Business Partner to support our directorates in Production & Supply, Customer Operations and Asset Strategy & Capital Delivery, by partnering with them to ensure health, safety and wellbeing team objectives are delivered, and to promote sustainable Health and Safety processes in order to help Affinity Water achieve it's Zero Harm ambition.
You will also focus on supporting key stakeholders to improve health and safety compliance, performance and understanding.
You'll do this by providing advisory support around our wellbeing strategy and programme. You will respond to significant health and safety incidents and assist with undertaking detailed investigations to determine root causes and corrective actions.
You will analyse and report on health and safety performance and provide feedback to promote continuous improvement. You'll also provide health and safety coaching across the business, and help to identify and assess business risks to maintain compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice.
