We’re looking for candidates to join our graduate scheme, who have the energy, drive, and willingness to challenge themselves.

To apply you’ll need to have a Bachelor or Master's degree.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be using your academic and people skills to help us make sure that we can continue to supply our customers in our region with high-quality, sustainable, and affordable drinking water every day. We’re looking for candidates we can invest in for the long term who’d like to learn and develop.

With dedication and hard work, by the end of the programme, you'll have learned about all areas of our business and a comprehensive overview of your specialism. You’ll be equipped with the key foundational skills and knowledge that you need to have a successful career with us.

You’ll be based at our Head Office in Hatfield but will also be travelling throughout our supply area stretching from Dover in the south to Clacton in the east, as well as our home county regions in and around London.
