Our Recruitment Process
Online Application
If you're interested in a job with us, take a look at our vacancies and complete the easy application form
Telephone Interview
If your application has been shortlisted, we'll be in touch to ask some general questions.
Face to Face Interview
This is a chance to hear more about the job you've applied for. The interviewer will ask questions to assess your skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
Assessment Centre
If you've applied for a job in our contact centre or a graduate scheme, you'll be asked to attend an on-site assessment centre.
Offer
If your successful, we'll contact you to welcome you to Affinity Water and to discuss the offer.
Onboarding
You'll receive formal documentation to complete. Your new manager will be in touch to congratulate you and discuss your first few days with Affinity Water.

After the closing date, you'll hear from us within 7 days to tell you the status of your application. If your application is successful, interviews and offers can take another 7–14 days.

We have an in-house recruitment team and we always aim to fill the role first before using agencies. We have a preferred supplier list or recruitment agencies that we use when extra support is required.
