Hi I am Hayley, and I look after Recruitment for Asset Strategy & Capital Delivery and the Contact Centre.

I joined Affinity Water in May 2014 as a Production Administrator. After completing my CIPD level 3 I joined the HR department on a 5 month secondment opportunity as a HR Advisor. Once the secondment came to an end I moved back to my previous role. I then joined the HR Directorate as a Talent Acquisition coordinator in November 2017 and progressed to become a Talent Acquisition Partner.
