About Us

We are on a mission to redefine the way water companies connect with their customers and communities, and to make better use of water and safeguard the local environment now and in the future.
About the Role
As a Performance Insight Analyst, you’ll play a key role in measuring, tracking, and reporting on our operational performance. Working closely with the Performance Insight Lead (Operations) and other internal teams, you’ll ensure performance is accurately assessed and clearly communicated across the business, to customers, and to external stakeholders.
You’ll take ownership of performance data from collation and validation, through to reporting, visualisation, and insight generation. You’ll help define and monitor lead and lag KPIs, support performance improvement plans, and ensure we meet our regulatory reporting obligations.
Depending on business needs, your focus may be on a single operational performance area or across multiple commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collate, validate, and analyse data to track operational performance.
- Create and maintain accurate and timely internal and regulatory performance reports.
- Support third-party assurance activities and performance audits.
- Develop dashboards and visual tools to effectively communicate insights.
- Generate performance insight reports to support decision-making and improvement initiatives.
- Monitor the delivery and impact of performance improvement plans.
- Work collaboratively across departments to understand operational challenges.
- Engage with external stakeholders including regulators and industry bodies.
- Represent Affinity Water at industry events, workshops, and conferences.
- Maintain robust documentation to support consistent and transparent reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in data collation, validation, and analysis.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Microsoft 365 tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work collaboratively and independently.
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
Why Join Us?
At Affinity Water, you’ll be part of a purpose-led organisation that values innovation, inclusivity, and continuous development. You'll gain exposure to exciting projects and have the opportunity to shape how performance is monitored across the water industry.
