We’re looking for a proactive Paralegal to join our busy in-house legal team. What you’ll be doing
As part of our collaborative team, you’ll:
- Support our qualified lawyers with legal research, document drafting and reviewing correspondence across diverse practice areas.
- Take ownership of legal queries, resolving matters independently where appropriate, and under the guidance of the team’s qualified lawyers.
- Provide essential administrative support, managing the legal inbox and diary, raising purchase orders, assisting with litigation, and coordinating supplier invoices.
- Help drive improved knowledge-sharing through drafting FAQs, bulletins and legal updates.
- Keep the team future focused through horizon scanning and producing case digests.
- Drive efficiency by digitising records and helping to streamline legal team processes.
- Manage the Company’s contract signing process and ensure accurate, well-organised records.
What we’re looking for
- A 2:1 law degree (or equivalent) and completion of the LPC (or equivalent).
- Ideally, some experience in a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- A collaborative team player who thrives under pressure and takes initiative.
- Confidence with IT systems, especially MS Office.
- We’ll need you to be on site in Hatfield 2 – 3 days a week.

- Salary £29,000 - £33,000 per annum. Dependant on skills and experience
