Are you an organised, proactive professional looking to grow your career in project management? We’re looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Customer Experience team, supporting the delivery of impactful projects in the non-household water market.
What you’ll be doing
As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will:
Coordinate project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables
Track performance against KPIs and provide progress updates
Support communication with key stakeholders including retailers, contractors and business customers
Prepare reports, meeting agendas and minutes
Help manage day-to-day project activities and governance
Take ownership of smaller projects and contribute to successful delivery
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone who is highly organised, collaborative and eager to develop their project management skills.
You’ll bring:
Experience in project coordination or administration
Knowledge of project planning, scheduling and reporting
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Confidence working with stakeholders and teams
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Project is a bonus)
You’ll stand out if you have:
Understanding of the non-household water market or regulated industries
Experience with process mapping or procurement activities
Key skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Adaptability and willingness to take initiative
