Reporting to the Asset Management Capability & Resilience Manager, you will lead the development and ongoing enhancement of our resilience tools, strategies and frameworks. You'll work collaboratively across the business to ensure resilience is embedded into key asset management processes, investment planning activities and regulatory commitments.

You will also support our journey towards ISO 55001 accreditation, helping to improve asset management capability and maturity across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Affinity Water Resilience Tool and associated dashboards.

• Develop innovative approaches to resilience assessment, scenario modelling and investment evaluation.

• Coordinate stakeholder workshops and data validation activities.

• Support the development and implementation of resilience strategies across the business.

• Ensure resilience outputs are effectively embedded within business-as-usual decision-making processes.

• Provide guidance, training and support to users of resilience tools.

• Represent Affinity Water within industry and regulatory resilience groups.

• Monitor emerging resilience standards, regulations and best practice.

• Assess the impact of regulatory developments on business processes and strategies.

• Build strong relationships with regulators, industry bodies and technical specialists.

• Support delivery of the Asset Management Capability Improvement Roadmap.

• Contribute to the organisation's ISO 55001 accreditation journey.

• Help implement and maintain asset management assurance and maturity frameworks.

About You

We're looking for a motivated and technically capable professional who enjoys influencing stakeholders, solving complex problems and driving improvement.

Essential Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Practical understanding of asset management principles and lifecycle thinking

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently

• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

• Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

• Project management experience within complex environments

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of water industry assets, processes and operations

• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements

• Experience delivering improvement or change programmes

• Full UK Driving Licence
