About the Role
As a Performance Reporting & Insight Improvement Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Performance & Insights team, leading projects that enhance our performance reporting processes and insight capabilities across the organisation.
You will drive improvement initiatives aligned to our performance transformation strategy, working closely with data and process owners, and guiding agile delivery teams to maximise the value of performance insights and reporting. Your expertise will shape how the business uses data to improve operational outcomes and drive efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and manage improvement projects focused on optimising performance reporting and insight capabilities.
Collaborate with data and process owners to analyse and understand existing reporting processes and performance drivers.
Apply your analysis to design and direct projects that enhance the business impact of reporting and insights.
Drive process efficiencies using continuous improvement methodologies, with a strong emphasis on Lean Six Sigma or similar toolkits.
Support and lead agile project delivery teams, ensuring projects are executed effectively within sprint-based frameworks.
Translate business needs into clear user stories and requirements, partnering with cross-functional teams.
Apply change management techniques to facilitate adoption and embed improvements across varied business areas.
Use data analysis techniques to generate actionable insights that inform project direction and business decisions.
What You Need to Succeed
Proven experience leading and delivering data-related projects with strong project management skills.
Proficiency in business analysis techniques including process mapping and value stream mapping.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
Strong data analysis skills and experience leveraging data to create meaningful business insights.
Expertise in continuous improvement and solution design for data and business intelligence processes.
Knowledge of change management principles and hands-on experience delivering change initiatives.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement toolkits is essential.
