Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and delivery partners to coordinate testing and resolve defects
Review requirements, identify gaps or ambiguity, and support teams in delivering high-quality solutions
Manage defects through to resolution, providing clear impact assessments and progress updates
Capture and report quality metrics, test progress, and Test Completion Reports to key stakeholders
Ensure testing activities align with governance, controls, and assurance processes
Support Agile and hybrid delivery approaches, promoting quality at every stage of the development lifecycle
Apply both shift-left and shift-right testing approaches, identifying risks early and using insights from live systems to drive continuous improvement
Continue to develop your skills by learning and applying test automation tools
You’ll be a strong communicator who can confidently explain testing challenges, risks, and quality outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
