Join Affinity Water's Technology team and play a key role in our Digital Transformation Programme. As an Oracle CCS Technical Architect, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, business-critical solutions on the Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (OUCCS) platform.
Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers and delivery teams, you'll define the strategic direction of the Oracle CCS platform, ensuring it remains scalable, secure and aligned with future business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of Oracle CCS solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Define and maintain architecture standards, patterns and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders from concept through to delivery.
Guide and mentor technical teams and architects.
Support platform integrations across the wider technology landscape.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation and platform optimisation.
Facilitate architecture governance and technical decision-making.
About You
You'll have:
5+ years' experience delivering Oracle CCS solutions.
Strong knowledge of Oracle CC&B and Advanced Metering.
Experience in architecture, solution design or technical leadership roles.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
Strong understanding of integration and cloud technologies, ideally AWS.
Experience working within Agile environments.
Desirable
Knowledge of SQL, Python, Java or C#.
Utilities sector experience, particularly within water.
Experience with regulatory reporting requirements.
