EUC Analyst - Microsoft Office 365

Affinity Water have a new and exciting opportunity available in our Digital Workplace team.
The Role:
We are looking for a skilled Office 365 Analyst to manage, support and enhance our Microsoft Office 365 technology landscape. This is a hands-on technical role with strong customer focus, working closely with IT Operations, Service Management, Cyber Security and the wider business.
What you'll be doing:
Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) to resolve escalated M365 platform issues in line with service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely issue resolution and user satisfaction.
Analyse business requirements to provide automation solutions and driving adoption of Microsoft Co-pilot.
Administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, and OneDrive.
Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 Services to enhance performance and drive collaboration. Identify opportunities to improve the client environment and digital workplace to reduce incidents and enhance user experience.
Implement security measures, improving our Microsoft Secure Score, to maintain a strong cyber posture, ensuring license compliance and evolving compliance expectations.
Ensure we get full benefit from the Microsoft licensing models through our CSP and MSA vendor partnership to maximise return on investment.
What you'll need:
5+ years proven experience in administering Microsoft 365 within a medium-scale or complex environment.
Experience of Microsoft Copilot rollout, adoption and optimisation.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
Proficient in a wide range of technologies including Microsoft Azure, Windows 11, SCCM/Intune, SharePoint and Citrix.
Ability to work independently or as part of a bigger team.
Good communications skills in both written and verbal skills to communicate at all levels with Internal and External Client/Stakeholders of the business.
Ability to be flexible with work, providing additional support outside of core hours.
Potential to be involved in a standby rota.

Benefits:
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (dependant on skills and experience)
Hours of work: 08:30am - 17:00pm (Mon - Thurs) 08:30am - 16:30pm (Friday)
