Estates Maintenance Manager

Affinity Water has a exciting opportunity to work in our Estates & Facilities team as a Maintenance Engineer.
The Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer you will be undertaking all aspects of building fabric maintenance across the Affinity Water Central and East operational area.
Ensuring that Affinity Water’s sites, buildings and domestic property assets are effectively and efficiently maintained to a defined standard and that compliance and safety of the property assets is ensured.
What you'll be doing:
- Adhere to the Affinity Water health and safety policy and guidelines.
- Working with machinery or moving heavy equipment.
- Working collaboratively with Affinity Water staff and external contractors.
- Minor plumbing work.
- Minor electrical work.
- Painting & decorating throughout our Affinity Water sites.
What you'll need:
- Good problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Plumbing and electrical knowledge and proven experience.
- UK Driving Licence.
- Experience in all Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to work as part of a team.

Benefits:
- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 (salary dependant on skills and experience)
- Working Hours: 08:00am - 16:00pm (Mon - Thurs) 08:00am - 15:30pm (Friday)
