Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
- Proactively source candidates using various tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, networking events)
- Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Be an ambassador for inclusive recruitment and embrace our EDI initiatives.
- Provide coaching and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Collaborate on strategic workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
Our ideal candidate would have experience working in-house and on agency side. They would possess strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with multiple stakeholders. We are a small but extremely bust team so our TA Partner will need to be able to juggle various priorities and handle roles at different stages throughout the hiring process with ease! You will also need to be passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion through all of our hiring practices.
Experience in utility recruitment would be advantageous but not essential.
