Talent Acquisition Advisor (12 months FTC and Part-Time)
A part-time role where you’ll play a key role in managing call center candidate intakes, screening applications, and coordinating interviews to help us quickly and effectively fill frontline roles!

We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis on a FTC for 12 months.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work 3 days per week supporting our talented, friendly and successful TA team to deliver excellent results for the business.
In this role, you will primarily focus on fast paced and transactional recruitment activities, supporting the efficient hiring process for roles such as : Call Center Advisors, Early Careers and Internal hiring.
You’ll play a key role in managing call center candidate intakes, screening applications, and coordinating interviews to help us quickly and effectively fill frontline roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end transactional recruitment processes for call center positions.
- Conduct candidate intakes via phone or video calls, gathering essential information efficiently.

Screening applications to identify suitable candidates.

Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Our ideal TA Advisor would have experience in transactional recruitment or high-volume hiring, ideally in call center or customer service environments.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple candidate intakes and recruitment activities efficiently.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
Positive, candidate-focused attitude and attention to detail.
