Affinity Water has an exciting opportunity to join our Finance & Businesses Service's team as an Income Team Leader.
The Role:

As our Income Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of this mission—leading a high-performing team and shaping the insights that power our success.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and mentor a team of two income analysts, fostering growth and collaboration.
Own, analyse and plan all Affinity water’s income streams worth £450m annually, delivering accurate reporting and forecasting, and insightful commentary.
Drive variance analysis and uncover root causes to inform strategic decisions.
Produce regulatory and statutory reports, ensuring compliance and transparency.
Partner with cash collection teams and third-party providers to maximize performance.
Innovate processes and identify opportunities for efficient and accurate reporting.
Deliver dashboards and insights that keep stakeholders informed and empowered.
Be the primary financial contact for our commercial billing agreements, managing and growing relationships with our partner water companies.

What you'll need:
A detail-driven finance professional with a passion for data and analysis.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop others.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting.
A financial qualification is desirable but not essential.
A proactive mindset with a knack for spotting trends and opportunities.

Hours of work: 08:30am - 17:00pm (Mon - Thurs) 08:30am - 16:30pm (Friday)
